Shipping
1. How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order is shipped, it is expected to arrive within 7-14 business days. We will send you an update notification via email with tracking information.

2. My package hasn't arrived yet, how can I track it?

If your package tracking information hasn't been updated for a long time, or if the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly using the tracking number provided in the email.

Orders
1. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, due to the speed of order processing, it is usually not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. We advise all customers to carefully check their orders before confirming. If the goods are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs.

2. Can I return my order?

3. My item arrived damaged/My order is missing items. What should I do?

If items are missing or damaged, please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. For damaged items, please include pictures.
